Compliance Management

  • Smoke alarm servicing and testing (AS 3786).

  • Electrical test and tag and RCD compliance.

  • Fire safety checks and extinguisher servicing (where applicable).

  • Air conditioner filter and servicing schedules.

  • Water temperature testing (for participant safety).

  • Accessibility maintenance – ensuring fixtures and fittings remain compliant with SDA Design Standards and AS 1428.1.

  • Reporting and record-keeping for audit readiness.

Entry Notices & Access Coordination

  • We issue and manage all entry notices on your behalf in line with tenancy legislation.

  • Contractor briefings include tenant-specific risk profiles and behaviour support considerations.

  • We ensure respectful and compliant interactions in every home.

Reporting & Record Keeping
